Alina helped us buy our dream house in Austin last December. We decided to go to Austin for the first time as our friends had moved there previously and suggested we take a look. Before coming to Austin, we spoke to Alina and she carefully explained the process and agreed to help us. Alina was always contactable and did regular check-ins on where we are planned inspection routes, and even found a babysitter for our kids. Alina spent 4 days with us. We inspected 30+ houses and made an offer that was accepted and we closed on the purchase a month later. The house is a perfect fit for us including great schools, floor plan, and location. She helped us not only to negotiate and cut the price but also checked the house and took care of it after the deal was closed while we were still packing in the other state.
